In this carrd you will find all the links related to my nsfw / erotic art and information on how to commission me.Obsessed in portraying intimacy, the softness of the human body and exploring character interactions, erotica allows me to just do that, so here we are, experimenting and trying to make a living off my art.Sometimes you will find me under the names A Peaches, Anon Peaches or Anon Peach, but as long as those pages are linked in this carrd, you can be sure they're mine.

■ The first page will serve as an introduction to the scene and the characters.

■ The second page will focus entirely on intimacy.

■ And the third page will be used to give an end to the scene, ideas I didn't manage to fit in the second page, some aftercare, etc.As this commission is really complex, takes time and a decent understanding of the characters, I will be very selective and won't be taking every request.I won't be using Vgen for these pages as their additional 5% fee might be too much, so these will be offered only to returning clients.

GENERAL
■ For first time clients it is mandatory to go through Vgen first, the platform has enough protections in place to make the experience safe for the two of us.
■ If you want to work with me again you can keep using Vgen, but know that commissions will be a 5% more expensive due to their platform fees.
■ For returning clients I will use google forms in the future, in the meantime you can contact me via email when my commissions open again.
■ I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any reason, probably I will just cancel if I think I won't be able to do a good job or because I'm afraid of burnout.PAYMENT
■ In Euros and using Vgen and Paypal invoices (for now?).
■ Payment upfront or partial depending on preference and final amount.
■ I will cancel the commission if payment is not done within a week after I send the proposal on Vgen, or the Paypal invoice for commissions outside of Vgen.
■ I will wait as much time as you need if you notify me or I trust you.
■ EU residents will have to pay the corresponding VAT.TIPPING
■ Tipping is not mandatory but if you want to do it, on Vgen it's called BOOST. The description makes it look like just a simple cosmetic, but it isn't. The platform and the payment processors still take a cut, but most of the money goes to the artist. I can't risk making a ko-fi and losing it for drawing nsfw, so this is important information to know.
■ For paypal invoices I always enable tipping, but again, very appreciated but not mandatory.REFUNDS
■ Always ask me first.
■ Full refunds will only be possible if the drawing has not been started yet.
■ The client will be responsible for any extra platform and payment processing fees in case of refund.
■ No refunds once the drawing is finished.
■ If for some reason I can't finish the piece or I don't like the experience, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and initiate a refund.

USE
■ I own the rights to the images you commission me and I will share the piece publicly online.
■ For privacy I will charge an extra fee.
■ Sharing the artwork is OK but you must give credit unless we discussed something different
■ No AI learning/No NFT use/No posting on X (formerly Twitter).
■ Commercial use can be negotiated.
■ For surprise commissions, commercial use can be negotiated later.
■ Don't edit the drawing unless you discussed it with me previously and I agreed to it.
■ Don't use my drawing with ill intent, like sharing with minors on purpose.Examples of uses depending on license:
■ Personal: Printing copies on any type of material for yourself or to gift your friends.
■ Commercial: Twitch/Youtube icon for your business account, promotional material to post on your socials.
■ Merchandise: Using the piece to create merchandise with the intention to sell or gift your customers/fanbase.REVISIONS
■ For commissions with updates, you will be able to request changes in the sketch and lineart phases, once the drawing is finished, only color revisions will be possible.
■ For surprise commissions, once the piece is finished you can ask for very simple changes for free.
■ Mistakes on my part will be changed for free no matter the type of commission.
■ Major revisions will have additional fees, from 10€ to 50€ approx.

PROCESS FOR SURPRISE COMMISSIONS

■ If you're a first time client, fill out the form on VGEN that suits your needs best.
■ If you're a returning client you can send an email and request your commission that way as long as I have them open.
■ Once I'm ready to take your commission I will send the proposal with the invoice.
■ No revisions, no updates. I just send the drawing when I'm done unless I need to contact you. If I have questions I usually send them with the proposal.
■ With your permission I will share wips on my socials, I won't if you prefer to keep it private or a surprise.
■ This can get you from simple sketches to fully rendered pieces but I will be free to decide everything, from poses to drawing style.
■ Can take from one to two months depending on the type of commission.PROCESS FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS

■ The process is the same as above except I will give you updates (2 per month minimum) and ask for your approval on every step of the process. I will draw exactly what you want so prepare references for poses and everything you need me to know.

SURPRISE & REGULAR

■ Surprise Commissions are a type of commission where you leave everything to me and there's minimal contact. If I have doubts or I'm not sure about something I will contact you. Revisions can be made after the piece is finished but only for mistakes or little details I might have missed. Good visual references are important to avoid mistakes.■ Regular Commissions are the opposite, you decide every detail of the drawing and I will be contacting you twice a month minimum to show my progress. Since this includes customer service and less freedom for me, they are usually more expensive but you know for certain how the drawing will look in the end.

OPEN, WAITLIST & NOTIFY ME

■ Open: I rarely open my commissions properly, but if they're open you can expect to be sent the proposal soon.■ Waitlist: This is how I prefer to keep my commissions most of the time, so feel free to drop your request, I will add you to my waitlist and contact you when I'm ready to work on it. Payment is not necessary to join my waitlist so you can cancel whenever if I haven't started working yet and you're not ready to commit. You can request to be added again to the waitlist with a date that is more convenient for you or cancel the commission completely.■ Notify me: If there's a service on Vgen I don't have either open nor on a waitlist you can still get notified once it becomes available. Chances are I will open them soon if I see people interested and I don't have a lot of pending work.
